I was there and met Dr. Hempen and his colleague Robert Erhart. Both gave a very frivolous impression, sloppy examination and useless treatment. Their only goal is to get you to buy more treatments and Chinese herbs. Sadly, I got even more pain after Robert Erhart's 15 minute long examination and treatment. In addition, they charge for treatments they have not performed. I have met many doctors over the years and this is definitely one of the worst so far. My advice is that you save your money and put it into a real practice instead.

I was with my son at an ENT doctor in this practice. She said that only conventional medicine could help him with his ear disease (o-ton: "If he had angina or something, you could do something with Chinese herbs.") And made arrogant comments that questioned my intelligence. She probably didn't know that I had a doctorate in human biology in TCM training. We still received an invoice> 80 € for NO therapy. I am completely perplexed by such behavior. I would have considered the bill to be legitimate if the doctor had at least "deigned" to take a detailed anamnesis, but not even that seemed necessary to her. Absolutely no recommendation!

I was with Dr. Moritz Hempen and can only warmly recommend making an appointment with him. It perfectly combines the components of conventional medicine and TCM. He also has a high level of social competence.

Not recommendable! As a private patient you come into the practice with fever and acute stomach intestine and it is arrogantly given to understand that there is no way to be treated. "I get sick sometimes and then I do not just go to the doctor," the medical assistant teaches. You will be sent away !! Frustrating when practices forget that they are actually there to heal sick people.

Already for several years we are in the practice Dr.Hempen with the entire family patients. The professional skills of Dres. Hempen and colleagues are extraordinary, medically and factually oriented, a lot of time is taken for each problem, the respective findings are discussed in detail and the further procedure is discussed together. In case of acute emergencies immediate help is given, there are no long waiting times due to the appointment system. The entire practice team is extremely friendly, we like to come here and say thank you for your help.
