We always found the business really great. Everything is nicely decorated and inviting. Unfortunately, you're not that warm anymore. There you will find the "Munich charm". Warmth is something else. Complaints about the product are then handled more poorly than well. This is our personal opinion. Others are sure to be more successful here.
We happened to walk past the little shop. I often find the goldsmith's shop windows stale and unattractive. Here, on the other hand, under beautiful lighting you can see wonderfully filigree porcelain bowls and plates with golden details on which equally filigree jewelry is presented. We were actually too late for our appointment, but we got in spontaneously. We felt so comfortable there with Stefanie that an hour later we bought two wedding rings. These were then made by her in close consultation with us and sent to us. They are beautiful, exactly as presented and mentally linked with a nice experience in a small shop that has a lot of passion. All around can only be recommended!
