My order via the online shop has been confirmed. After a week of waiting in which nothing was delivered, it was mockingly noted on request by phone that the delivery area was not covered, one was "here in Munich". Unfriendly, incompetent and malicious it was noted that I had allegedly received an email pointing out this. Never happened Sorry, customer satisfaction and customer service are no longer optional.

I have been ordering for work for a long time now and I am very satisfied. The boss is great and the suppliers are very friendly. Has never been a problem

A STAR IS TOO MUCH "Pure Disaster", although I got a return mail as "order to check", the order was not delivered, after 4 days I called to ask what's going on. It reported a woman with smoky voice who had no explanation for the back mail although I emailed the mail back to her, in the end she ended the call annoyed with the sentence, after Pasing it is too far to deliver only a 20L beer keg "I had ordered a 20l barrel plus empties so it would be just under € 100," THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED
