I got locked out of my apartment at night and called this number. They told me it would cost me around EUR 200- 250. I agreed, I was in an urgent situation. They charged me EUR 363,66 for opening a door in 3s. When I required more information about the company per phone, since the invoice named a completely different one, they informed me they were only a Zentrale and refused to provide me. I received the service I needed, but the price was outrageous and unreasonable.

Just great. The lady on the phone was very friendly. The locksmith was on site within 15 minutes. It didn't take long before I was able to go back to my apartment. Super Service!

Quick opening of the door. The previously agreed fixed price on the phone was observed. Our door was particularly difficult to open without damaging it, but the man made it anyway. We are glad that it went so quickly and properly.

Arrived wonderfully quickly, waited 11 minutes from the call, Mr. Möller was super nice and personable and everything was uncomplicated and affordable! I also got valuable tips on new door cylinders for the lock, and was shown the information that there is something like that in the hardware store, how to change it and what to look out for. Model was written down. I would love to repeat if I should lock myself out again. But also not necessarily next week 😉
