The classic - Saturday evening, after 6 p.m.: the front door lock broke all of a sudden, I couldn't get out, my husband didn't come into the apartment. The extremely nice employee from Berger came within a very short time, was highly professional, not only opened the lock without significant damage (had to be drilled open), but also replaced everything and, on top of that, cemented the drill hole. All of this for a super fair price. I can only thank you again and give you a 10-star recommendation!
