Really? Serious! (09/26/2020)
Classic "locked out", the key was in the apartment, Saturday early evening. Since one is rather careful with other key emergency services, I called the ADAC. From the beginning, phone to the end, door open, very friendly and quick. I was told the fixed price on the phone and since it was all over the weekend, it was 169 €. The really great thing is that you don't pay in cash but receive an invoice. The man from ADAC was there within 5 minutes of the call, first class. He then needed 3 attempts for the door, then it was open without any damage, even a maximum of 5 minutes. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this is expensive or OK. For me the security that I am not ripped off, the speed, friendliness and the professional work the value. Getting an invoice is the icing on the cake. I can only recommend it!
