A long story. Never before experienced such a unfriendly and ignorant owner, Mr. Sailer. Threatened from the beginning, like a small child, with legal counsel and forwarding to any third parties and in the end it turns out that the whole matter is 100% his fault. Normally, I do not take the time to write reviews, but this gentleman is so far away from customer friendliness and expertise that I had to do that. However, his employee on site in the store (I should, despite payment of postage, then pick up the repaired goods themselves in the store) is a very friendly and competent man - but is irrelevant to the owner!
