Our box lock no longer wanted to open. The cylinder has spun. After a few unsuccessful attempts, we contacted the locksmith EPS. He responded quickly and in a friendly manner and sent help. While waiting we were able to open the box lock by trying. Although the locksmith was almost there, we were able to cancel the order at no cost. Even if we didn't have to use the actual service in the end, we really liked the friendly, professional and human nature. If we need help again, we will immediately contact the locksmith EPS.

Just wonderful! The friendly gentleman was already very emphatic on the phone and was on the doorstep within 30 minutes on Saturday afternoon. I was back in my apartment in a flash. In addition, the fixed price, which was mentioned on the phone, was kept and was super fair and cheap! I can well imagine that other locksmiths (especially in Munich) are ripping off people in their need. That was not the case with the gentleman. In the next emergency (let's not hope: D) I would contact him again. Thank you again and keep it up !!!
