After 2 visits, they could not repair the dishwasher and told me to call Bosch. They were fair, and I did not pay for the dishwasher repair. But I should have better just paid Bosch 80€ to come out from the outset.

I've had a really bad experience with the company. They fixed my dishwasher and it stopped working because of a certain error message. I had to wait 6 weeks for the repair because the missing part was not available .. at least that's what they kept telling me when I called and asked. After 6 weeks it was enough for me, I called her again and said that I might not use her service. The next day the phone rang, and all of a sudden the part that was previously not available was there. Repair was done .. costs were 270 euros .... but ok .. the machine was running again, but it didn't wash up as well as before .. and then it came ... 4 weeks after the repair, the dishwasher worked again the same error message broken. Called company three times, always getting the same thing said, namely we will get in touch and co .. no one answered .. according to the lady on the phone because you had nothing to say to me ....: D then hung up because I should be too unfriendly .. I just wanted to avoid being fooled after spending almost $ 300 on nothing. FINALLY they called me and we made an appointment. The man came and discovered that there might be something wrong with the seal. Ordered the part (5 euros or so so really not expensive) and I'm supposed to install it and pick it up myself, so that he does that, it was not offered, although this is a complaint and they screwed up a lot. .. incidentally, this seal caused problems right at the beginning when he examined the machine for the first time .. but that didn't seem to matter .. the best part is that the machine is still not running and we get it now a new one. CONCLUSION: mega bad performance, and absolutely unprofessional. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
