Do not stay here! Stayed for 4 nights. On the last day came back because was not feeling well. While lying down some one swiped into my room. After yelling out they bolted. Upon checking it was the reception girl who claimed she was trying to catch someone who was breaking into the rooms. ( to get into the rooms you have to go through 2 sets of doors with key locks). After yelling out and them bolting. We went to report the incident. This is when it became apparent it was the woman on reception claiming to be trying to catch someone trying to break in. The whole situation did not feel right. CAUTION when staying here

This place offers a clean and safe environment. It's "residential" with lots of local coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries right out the frot door. It's a 10 min tram ride to city Center, I never did figure out what zone I was in.... I guess you do the best you can with what you understand. =/ This place has NO air conditioner and that's a huge issue if it's hot, lucky for me it was May and not deadly. Everything in seems to be ridiculously efficient Germany! I loved that. In short stay here if you don't mind being with locals, but close enough to enjoy a short tram to the action, and you don't mind being hot without air conditioning.

For a price of 530 euros for 3 nights, that's a real trash. Under the window there is a gas station, a tram round-the-clock, a road, at 6 in the morning they carry it with garbage cans. It is impossible to sleep. Inside, the heat is like a sauna even with the windows open. The pillows are so soft that they are disgusting to sleep on. Cherry on the cake - on the day of departure, the entry card will be canceled before the estimated time of 12 o'clock, we went out to buy drinks on the road and at 11.59 we could not return for suitcases))) If this place cost about 200 for a couple of nights, there would be no complaints. But when they sell it for 525, it's a mess! Worst place in Germany in 14 days where we stayed. I do not recommend

Plus: Good location, supermarket and bus stop right outside the door. Very well soundproofed windows, you can hardly hear any noise outside. Coffee pad machine in the apartment Clean, last renovation doesn't seem long ago. Washer, dryer, fitness room Minus: The apartment should be available from 4:00 p.m., we were there shortly before 5:00 p.m. and had to wait about 15 minutes for the room to be cleaned. It was stated and we knew it beforehand, but as the room on the sunny side, it was hardly possible to sleep without air conditioning, you should be aware of this when you book in summer.

Well, it's a boarding house, not a hotel. So what can I expect? Generally I don't expect anything - unless an expectation is aroused in me through photos and advertising. Then I expect something ... and I was disappointed here. I will now briefly enumerate them. Decide for yourself: - Good connections to public transport, the bus & train stop and the 4-lane street are right in front of the building - no air conditioning or ventilation, you will inevitably open the window almost all year round - Good local supply, the boarding house is on the first floor and therefore directly above a gas station and a penny market. You can wash and vacuum your car here until 10:00 p.m., and goods are delivered from 4:30 a.m. - Interior bathrooms without natural ventilation - The beds are ideally suited for people who like to lie harder. I am almost certain that the click laminate with impact sound insulation gave way more than my mattress - clean rooms: when we arrived (well after check-in time) we were brought to our room by the friendly receptionist (right after she had found her shoes). "Oh what happened here? The room wasn't cleaned at all! One of them probably thought, the other would have thought. Haha! Then please wait 20 minutes, we'll do it quickly". I don't know ... maybe it's just not mine either. Mistakes happen, of course. But I can't help it, the price for a faulty or faultless stay is the same for me in the end. But I am looking forward to a stay and am full of positive expectations. If this then starts with a dirty and smelly room with a view of Penny and the car wash, it becomes difficult ... if I can choose at night whether I cannot sleep because of the noise from the factory and the street or my tough torture rack, that dampens the mood.
