My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in July 2011 while on vacation - very very nice! Always felt safe, easy to get in and out of, and INCREDIBLY helpful and attentive staff. We loved it, we loved Munich, and if I'm ever in town again, the only way I wouldn't stay there again is if they were closed or booked full! LOVED IT! EDIT: we were in Munich with friends again in March 2019 and stayed here again - the hotel was being renovated but it was still lovely and comfy and everyone was very nice. Very much recommend!

Very good breakfast. Conveniently located not far from restaurants and few steps away from pubblic transports. Very good *** hotel. I had an unpleasant problem with the car parking inside the hotel. I was not able to take my car so I had to take a taxi and I lost my reservation at the restaurant. The hotel had reimbursed the cost of the taxi though by not charging the parking cost. Very good settlement. Thanks.

If anybody is trying to find deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the best rates any where! Friendly check in. Nice room and very clean. I had a good stay and the stuff was very helpful and always reliable!

In period from evening 09 September till 13th of September I stayed at Hotel Europa Munich. It was a nice experience staying there. The hotel is fully adjusted to current times because of the COVID pandemic. The room was maintained clean together with the bathroom. There are available the online check-in and also the check-out at the end of stay. The breakfast was very good and was actually a reach one. Also all rules because of Pandemic were respected. This I appreciated very much. I did not stay at this hotel for the first time. I stayed there also for a couple of times last year. I am intending to visit it again in the future. As a issue that I encountered was the online check-out. I tried from my phone and also tablet to go through check-out process but I did not succeed. I got an error message that something went wrong and that I have to try again or to as the reception. I tried for a couple of times but did not succeed so I made the check-out at the reception. I hope that this will be fixed in the future. Also, the power supply socket of the kettle, above the table, did not work. So, we needed to look for some other from the room.
