I lived with Franz about 8 months and found it very pleasant, the rooms are well furnished, the roommates nice, it feels like family life, if you want to have your privacy, you get it anyway. The apartment is in a great location, metro nearby, supermarket and gas stations, everything you need. Franz is a great host.

The room is totally down. It stinks, in the "kitchen" there is no water, the shutters are either not up or down, the bedding is stained and stained (do not want to know what that is), the floor sticks and is completely filthy, quite apart from the balcony ... If I had not needed this room badly, I would have turned back on the heel immediately. Time, that the "landlord" is totally unsympathetic and you just do not feel good ... Conclusion of the whole ... NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
