Location was perfect! The room was basic, clean and nice but there was not a fridge in the room ! Due to covid-19 there was no room service and breakfast was downsized! Staffs were really not helpful and welcoming!
Would never come here again! The man who was the receptionist was grumpy and rude. Tried to say I didn’t pay the correct amount and also tried to scam me for 5 euros. Don’t understand how this hotel has 4.4 rating on google.
Small room but sparkling clean and bed very comfortable
Easy and quick. Price is fine for Munich. The room was nice, too.
Room condition was ok but experience overall was the worst. While I was out and my partner was in the bathroom another group of guests came into my assigned room with another card key. (Just imagine how awkward it would have been under ‘do not disturb’ situation) They left right away, realizing the room is preoccupied, and the reception deactivated my card key after that so my partner had to confer it to the reception. The location is not so good. You have to walk a long way than it seems on the map. I have been in hotels with similar conditions in terms of price and location, and this is the first time I’m complaining about the staff. They were very, very unkind. I am not willing to visit this place again even with the half of its price.
