Very nice hotel. The room was large with lots of storage space. The bathroom was small but at least the shower was very big even for a tall person like me.
The breakfast buffet offered everything I would ever need, with more options than most other 3 star hotels I've ever been to.
The staff was really friendly.
The only downside was the cold ahower in the morning. It seems that hot water ran out when I started showering, because it got colder and colder. So shower early or really late I guess 😉
All and all a good experience for me. I visited in late May so it wasn't too hot and I didn't have any problems but I can understand other people's complains about lacking air conditioning.
I recommend their breakfast though a bit pricey.
Not quite satisfacted... nor with service neither with cleaning staff...rooms are not good maintained.
Great location, nice room but no air conditioner or fans. We had a window next to the street so you could hear people below and the tram that ran through most of the night. We asked the lady at the front desk for a fan or a room with air conditioning and she told us it's only for 4 star guests. She was rude our entire stay. Breakfast was incredible and the guy in charge was so friendly and helpful. They had everything you could want to eat. Overall: Good hotel other than the A/C and lady at the front.
Lots of free drinks including alcohol in the mini bar. Quite and spacious room. Loved it.
