Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in, 30 mins walk into the city, close to the train station, bus and tram stops outside. Room was clean and tidy, big as well. Staff were exceptional, we had a family emergency whilst staying and they dealt with it with compassion and care and were a credit to the company. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back.

Good experience. The room service is very polite and helpful, as well as the reception. The standard room is very small, there is hardly enough space for the luggage. However, everything in the room was neat and clean, shower and bathroom looked shiny. Also it was very quiet despite of the traffic and passing trams. Location is also worth mentioning, near to the tram stop and takes only 5 minutes to the city centre and main train station or 20 minutes by walking. There is a very cozy cafe in the lobby.

Nice hotel, felt very welcoming. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms may feel on the small side but are clean and the beds are very comfortable, just what you need when visiting a city. The breakfast included is diverse and of good quality.

Very good location at a reasonable price. Have close access to the S train and the tram. Efficient check in and out processes. Rooms slightly small and only basic amenities provided in rooms.
