Beautiful room, airco isn't working that good ... Breakfast was complete. Nice bathroom. Only the location is a little bit far from station if you in a hurry.. 15 min walk
Hotel staff is super helpful. I was going to run a webinar in my hotel room. Unfortunately, the room turned out non-suitable for the purpose, so staff upgraded me without charge to a suite.
What's more rooms are really nice.

Nice hotel, good breakfast
We checked in and was told we received an upgrade. Upon entering the room and checking, we could tell the room remained the same as what we booked. However we received complimentary bar items which was much appreciated.
Location was 4/5, near a local tram and train station however not much around. Takes about 10mins public transport to the Old City.
Reception spoke good English and helpful. Welcome drinks were a delight and included cocktails.
Housekeeping was odd once; we were sleeping and we got a knock at the door. We said no housekeeping but the person proceeded to open the door which shocked us! I had to run towards the door and forcefully closed it! Quite a shocking experience.
I just had dinner at Novotel in Arnulfstraße 57, i was really surprised when lady in reception ask me 27 e for 30 min till when i had my dinner in hotels restaurant! She explains that not for hotel visitors is 27 €, and for hotels visitors is 1 h 3 €!! But i have question if i came in hotels restaurant to eat am i not a hotels visitor?!!! And i don’t understand how people like this lady could work in hotels reception?!! So unpleasant and rude!! I hope the Novotel governance will take note of my message!
