Extremely clean, its entrance is not on the main road, you must walk into where the car park is and a tiny bit further. Don't be afraid! Munich is said to be a very safe city. There is a place for men and women and a cafeteria to buy snacks even. Beware it opens half hour before any prayer time and closes at 9pm, irrespective of Isha prayer. Very big and well laid out.

Only prayer on time, they don't allow you to enter the mosque (usually lock it) if you came a bit late.
I really hesitated to evaluate this mosque because we shouldn’t evaluate the best places on earth as has been mentioned by the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him” the most beloved places to Allah on earth are Almasajd.....” narrated by Muslim.
BUT I totally agreed with whom they evaluated the people responsible for this mosque, they should behave properly, I’m not sure if they are restricted by the German government?! But this will be strange!?
Anyway, be aware that if you com out of the prayer times, no body from the people of this mosque will open it for you, even if they are there!!!!
