Okay. I usually don’t post negative reviews but this will be an exception. I bought 1st class ticket to stay relaxed after hiking. I arrived in sportswear and had a backpack. As I went inside and scanned my ticket, there was a mistake, and a guy at the reception looked at me from the bottom to the top and said „oh sorry this is only for people who bought first class tickets“ 🤨 I was like: „yeah I have a first class ticket“. And then he explained that there are several types of first class tickets and my ticket didn’t give me an access to the lounge. And it’s totally fine! There are policies and there is nothing you can do. But the problem about the whole story is an attitude. You shouldn’t judge people by their appearance. Please explain to this guy that he should be careful with phrases like „oh sorry this is only for people who bought first class tickets“ before looking at the ticket! I was there on 5th August 2020 at around 17:15
