"School with racism, school without courage" You should call it that. It would be more appropriate. I've been to this school for a long time and my conclusion is that it was too long. I know many people who have left and many who would like to go away. The students get everything live (bullying & racist remarks) and the teachers look away. I would not recommend the school myself.

If you behave well as a student, you get along well

My experience with the Wittelsbach high school was several years ago. I cannot judge whether and what has improved since then. I agree with another reviewer that my years in this place were the worst of my life. It started in the 5th grade when the class teacher told us to call our dream job. Mine was a gardener. The teacher then told me with a greasy grin on my face that I was “out of place” in this school. This was particularly bad for me because, contrary to my wishes, my father had forced me to go to this school. And what could I have done about it as a 12-year-old child? The class teacher continued to mock me in front of the assembled classmates, which was so shameful for me! My professional dream was then destroyed. Another student had named footballers as their dream job. This was oddly fine, and compatible with a high school education in the eyes of the "educator". Unfortunately, I only noticed this contradiction years later. I was also dazed with shame. In general, fear, authoritarian power games and arbitrariness were constant companions through my six years at this school - while at the same time it was stressed again and again what an excellent high school the Wittelsbacher was and what a good reputation it enjoyed. Fun fact: Heinrich Himmler's father was one of the former rectors of the Wittelsbach high school. Yes - DES Heinrich Himmlers. The book "Father of a Murderer" deals with the behavior of this principal in class. When the book was to be made into a film at the time, the Wittelsbach high school prevented the filmmakers from filming at the original location. Coping with the past looks different. In my time, the Wittelsbach high school was a kind of training focus for prospective teachers. The class then reacted regularly to the trainees for what the old teachers had done to them earlier. At least two trainees cried out of our classroom. I thought it was unfair. Nevertheless, I wondered why the various trainee lawyers seemed to have something against me. I just couldn't understand it. Until one day a nice legal clerk revealed what was going on in secret: Before the legal trainees taught us, they were shown a class photo of us in the directorate, with the statement: "If you have a problem with the class, then you give the one and the one a reference, then there is rest." I was one of the three that was pointed to. It seems to me that it is something to be careful with children, something that should be taught to aspiring teachers - because not everyone is a natural talent in this regard. But not only did the trainee lawyers appear to have been trained in any way, they were given the exact opposite.
