Ms. Bartsch took a lot of time for me and first took a close look at my skin and then tailored the treatment and advice perfectly to my needs. All the products and processes used were explained to me very professionally. The treatment itself was super pleasant and I felt comfortable throughout - I am totally satisfied and made the next appointment straight away! :)

Ms. Bartsch is a very friendly, humorous & experienced beautician. I have been with her for almost 2 years now and I am always thrilled with the enthusiasm and knowledge with which Ms. Bartsch pursues her job. Your treatments are very pleasant. Ms. Bartsch always takes the time to analyze my skin. The Meder Beauty products are also great and helped with my skin irritation. 5 *****

It was my first time for a facial and eyelash coloring in this cosmetic studio and will definitely come back. The treatment was very pleasant and beneficial, so I felt very comfortable all the time! The treating beautician is very professional and friendly. She explains the products to you in detail, which I find personally important, so you can apply the care perfectly at home! :) The rooms are also warm and bright and create a nice atmosphere, good connections with public transport are immediately available! I will gladly come again :)
