The customer service was outstanding. The beauty products that they use are high quality. The owner is very friendly, well train and she work with professionalism and patience. Moreover, I like it so much that I wanted a second appointment but unfortunately I didn’t receive a confirmation by email and I am still waiting for this last reason I can’t give the five stars.

I went for a bikini wax and it was the most terrible experience I have ever had. The lady was not delicate at all. She did everything in such a rush that I even had tears of pain...which has never happened before. Never going back to this place.

I booked an appointment and when I arrived , the owner just told me “ I gave you a wrong appointment I can’t do it today” without even a “SORRY”. Unbelievable!

I've been a customer of the studio for many years. I am super satisfied. Paula is very friendly and you feel very well cared for with her. She is neat and does a great job. Making an appointment is also very easy. I would always recommend her.
