No transparency with the client. I asked for eyebrows cleaning and upper lip waxing, but then I had to pay they asked for 30€. Apparently they did eyebrows modeling and sugaring for the upper lip (which I didn’t ask for!). I wish they would had tell me prior about the price changes.

I registered in their website to make appointment. I came to thier place, took my clothes off, laying on bed , ready for brazillian wax, all of these just to hear them told me that my hairs are too long. They cannot give me the service. How ridiculous? The staffs are actually nice and friendly, the place is clean but i don’t understand their logic. Well, when the hairs are too long then trim them! why would I come to waxing place then ? Maybe it’s munich standard? maybe it’s thier standard :-/ but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am always very satisfied with Senzera. I always let Alexandra treat me (sugaring). I have never experienced sugaring in anyone else so painfully, quickly and thoroughly! Alexandra is extremely careful and considerate, but it always goes by very quickly. She is also very friendly and professional. The studio is generally clean and appointments are always kept on time.
