Sultan is a super nice and warm trainer! She explains everything in detail and the exercises are a lot of fun! I highly recommend it :-)

For 3 months I've been training, twice a week, alternating endurance / strength, with Sultan and I feel in very good hands. The training is a lot of fun but also exhausting. The impulse is adjusted to the fitness level, if one day is not so good, the impulse is reduced the other way around. The exercises in strength training are shown very well in an emergency and explained again. If the exercises are not carried out correctly, the Sultan corrects them with appropriate tips. The training room is a rented office, here you have your peace and can concentrate on the training. There are many fitness items (fitness bike, vibration plate, various dumbbells, trampoling etc.) The clothes are included and you always get something to drink. I like to train here and will continue to do so.

Good training in a prime location. The studio had enough space and, contrary to the previous evaluation, was also well ventilated by two large windows. The ems training was unusual and exhausting for the first time, but the electro impulses were regulated accordingly by the trainer. The trainer also did all the exercises in detail.

The most unprofessional training I've ever experienced. Training in a tiny office without air conditioning, the exercises are questionable.
