On the whole, I was very satisfied with the Eichensee moves. The handling was friendly from the start, the dismantling in Munich was very quick and professional and the transport throughout Germany went smoothly. I found the price to be fair compared to other companies. Only because the assembly at the destination was very uncoordinated and therefore slow and two pieces of furniture no longer work as perfectly as before, there is a star deduction. All in all, however, a good moving company that I would definitely recommend, especially for Munich and the surrounding area.

The team of the moving company Eichenseer was friendly, very professional and above all agile. My move was over in a few hours and everything arrived safely in my new apartment. The contact before the move was also very nice. I can only recommend the moving company.

I haven't moved with this company, so I can't judge their performance, but my experience with communicating about a request for a quote was pretty bad. I had called twice with questions, each time I was promised a callback, but it never took place. When I rejected the offer via email, I continued to receive reminder emails. I then called to ask not to send me any further emails. When you call you seem to come into a kind of "call center" whose employees supposedly have no access to the customer database. Everything is then "passed on" and after that you don't hear anything anymore (at least that was the case with me). I don't understand why one no longer pays attention to customer communication with an apparently so professional website.
