Terrible & despicable. NEVER GO THERE. The guy tried to cheat and charge me 12€ for a tea, chips, a brezel and capri sun! I asked him to correct the sum and he murmured something apologetically (I'm native German and I didn't understand anything) and started tapping his machine frantically. Took him 10 minutes and he charged me 6.95€ so I paid by card. I asked him to give me the receipt and he started to talk gibberish and tap some more. In the end he refused to give me my receipt and people started to queue up. I asked him to pay me back my money or come up with a decent receipt. He then started to write down a handwritten receipt and count things with the calculator in his phone (!!). I asked him to stop and give me my money back because I was in a rush and had stayed well over 20 minutes in the store. In the end he started shouting that I should pay him more! I refused and asked to talk to the store manager. The store manager then finally agreed to pay me back my money and I left without buying anything. I even think about reporting this store to the police since I doubt this is the first time they tried to cheat on people. It was an absolite mess and I hated it.

A big compliment to the friendly staff who served me. The U-store is a nice little kiosk, with everything you need for a bus ride.

Cheeky staff. Says I must not hire a suitcase. This is a bus station. Put my change to another customer because I'm supposed to be wrong.
