Ms. Klotz took a lot of time for our vacation planning, compared different travel periods and departure times to guarantee us the most beautiful yet affordable holiday. Despite the different holiday ideas of my partner and me, Mrs. Klotz could find a great compromise for us, so that it was an all-round successful holiday.
