By far the worst customer service! Do not reply to emails or after weeks. Cancellation deadline passes, a final invoice is sent without approval - and the money is withdrawn from your pocket without consideration. Legal steps follow ... Just a shame and unnecessary.

We booked a campervan for our California vacation through the camperboerse. The whole process was flawless, everything went perfectly. The information provided by the camperboerse was comprehensive and understandable (with all the conditions and individual costs such a booking is not so trivial). Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken in the camper, which the local landlord did not want to acknowledge - in the form of a refund or another bonus. After returning, we reported the annoyance of the camperboerse, which has responded very courteous. Thanks a lot for this. The next US holiday with pleasure again with a motor home of the camperboerse!

There is no explicit reference to the relevant opening hours of the rental station. These vary according to the season. With us this meant that we were on Saturdays before closed rental station and therefore could pick up the campervan only on Mondays -> 2-3 days lost vacation. There was nobody to reach. As expected, there was no response to a demand for reimbursement or good will. Very sad ... because of that I personally would never book again on the camperboerse.
