I highly recommend here because 1. They have the best machines and instruments, so they could do a detailed physical examination for your pets 2. Their vets are so professional and very patient, they treat your pets like theirs, they have 24 hour emergency clinic 3. All the staffs speak fluent English and there would be no language barrier 4. Affordable price and always have some study, sometimes you can do some examinations for free.

My male senior cat has a history of bladder problems. I was nervous because we haven't been in need of a vet visit since moving to Munich. But starting from the phone call to get information in the afternoon, to actually give the emergency notice & the visit in the middle of the night, everyone was patient, helpful, compassionate & very kind. Due to covid-19 one cannot enter the examination rooms anymore which made me nervous, but I tried to explain, how it could be difficult to handle him & how others have managed before. The very competent staff, veterinarian & nurse, checked in regularly & gave me updates on his status. They did everything they could to make it as easy on him (& me) as possible. And I was able to take him home after a few hours. (Which is unusual, usually he needs sedation for these types of examination & needs to stay over night.) A note on the price. I've been to my fair share of emergency vet visits. In Germany, prices are set by the law. Operating a 24h clinic, at such a high standard, sure is pricey. But the total always is, in my honest opinion, very reasonable. (There's always the alternative of picking up an insurance for your pet, similar to ones own health insurance.) I was informed about the procedures & the costs every step of the way – very transparent. I've had a very good feeling throughout the whole situation. The animal is the top priority. Now I know, where to go in case of an emergency & that my cat is in very good care.

A nice clinic with a number of diagnostic facilities in one place. Such things are not so common in Munich and, unlike many vets in town, they speak good English if necessary. The staff are friendly and this was the first time our dog felt comfortable at a vet. That alone will bring me back here. Wait time was short and the appointment reasonably quick.

Great veterinary clinic! Doctors and over stuff are very professional, careful to animals and really friendly. Since we don’t speak German, the whole consultation was in English, which was just great! We were met at the appointment on time, calmly questioned about my cat medical history, then they very carefully examined the cat, immediately made ultrasound and instantly prepared the results of the analysis. After the examination they gave us a detailed consultation with all the explanations and recommendations. There was no rush, they really tried to help. And after all, on the next day, they sent me a full report of our visit with all the recommendations and analyzes in English by email! The price for the services was acceptable (especially considering the level of service). Plus really useful, that you can book an appointment online. Me and my cat are very pleased with visiting this clinic!

I went there for vaccinations, they scared me by telling me she might have caught some foreign diseases if she have travelled outside of Germany, I ended up accepting tests which costed 200 euros. Of course the tests came all negative. I suspect those are very rare diseases to catch anyway.... They also charge a lot of extra money for giving injections.... Plus students are the ones giving injections... my dog was poked 4 times with a needle for one vaccination... she was holding her tongue out from panic and stress... this never happened before at any vet.... and if you have any question, they run to their “colleagues” (I assume “professors”) for answers. It takes ages to get things done. Overall, I won’t recommend it to any dog owner. They will use your heart for your dogs and will rip you off.
