So I go shopping there regularly and I also understand the statements that if a toilet is broken it cannot be used. The team is very friendly and accommodating. The presentation of goods is unparalleled in terms of quality. Go on like this !! I'll be back.

For more than 10 years I have been here at this location regular customer. The end of May it came with an order to a non-customer-friendly transaction at checkout. This I have then passed the complaint to Rossmann in the days. After four weeks without a response, I again forwarded the complaint. Until TODAY I received no feedback! It is a pity that this way is shown to customers. I am very disappointed and I at this drugstore chain expected something else!

It is a Rossmann branch in the branch you will find the products you would expect in such a branch the branch is very tidy and clearly arranged. In the vicinity of this branch there are many other shops that can be quickly reached on foot. The location is very good. It is the only drugstore chain that has stayed here in Herrieden.

As heavily pregnant you are not even allowed to go to the toilet. Then the excuse comes from the employees .... sorry, the toilet is broken .....

Yes, rossmann has a top selection, but the company policy that customers are not even allowed to go to the toilet is all messy. It is simply inhumane to brush away your customers "in an emergency" with excuses. Unfortunately, one is addressed only weakly. The staff are not helpful for the fact that so many pregnant women and mothers shop here.
