Completely unacceptable polishing. Entered to a clean and seemingly friendly shop. Until the staff started mocking and laughing customers behind their back (I understood them) and the WORST was the polish - only one coat of cheap polish for a pedicure! No base coat, not two coats of color and NO top coat to seal. When I asked about it the lady acted like I was an alien for asking then tried to say the cheap polish was special and didn’t need it. It looks super thin and unfinished. Reluctantly she was going to add more polish but at this point I was totally done and left. 25 Euro for one thin coat of cheap polish is inconsistent with the other Asian nail competitors in the area. Will absolutely not go back and will tell all my friends to not go there!
I have been there several times and have always loved it. Today I was with a new colleague, I think, in any case, she first applied too much gel, made me bleed on my nail bed and then gel kept running over and when I got out, gel was still running over on one finger. First had to file up. Real pity am really disappointed i will never go there again
