Got a gift voucher for my 80th birthday in February. Because of Corona I got an appointment later, which was confirmed when I called, still have my phone number. specified. Today I was greeted by an unfriendly woman with the words - what do you want - I said that I have an appointment today at 1:00 p.m. and the woman said immediately, oh they are the woman ... they had one last week Appointment that you did not take and now the voucher is no longer valid. How did the woman know that I would come today, the date has been changed by the institute. The voucher was paid before the Corona period and no longer brings any income today.Why was I not called if I forgot the appointment? One was kept telling me to read the terms and then they would get them no more appointment. I had a luxury facial it was a very well paid free hour?!?!
