worst rental car experience! they OVER- charged the rental fee with NO any explantation. and no reception at Nurenburg DB station, which means you dont know what kind of damaged car you will get here. REALLY dont rent Hertz car in Germany.

Very thing went smoothly for us when we rented a car there for a few days in December Car was clean Location was easy to access by the u-bahn Price was fair Drop off was easy at Munich airport Staff was helpful and spoke English We were in and out in about 15 minutes

Fantastic service but check your bill. They had us driving 1700 kms in 24 hours as someone put the wrong odometer number down. Nearly cost an additional €550
