In our return from our holiday we had to make a stop because the temperature meter of our car went up. The nearest Hyundai garage was Hyundai-Scharf in Nürnberg. They inspected the car immediately and found a defect radiator. This was ordered for the next day. While we got a cold drink and an ice-cream for the children on that hot day a rental car was organised and a hotel recommended. The next day by noon we were on our way home. Thank you a lot for the quick service and the friendly help!

Great dealership and a great english speaking sales guy Durim Dervishi (if the owner reads this - please give him some extra bonus 😉). Between the time I bought the car and the time I picked it up, I was on a longer vacation and they arranged everything, waited till I send all the needed things from my side and till I sort out the financing in my bank (all this took a month from my side). Also they were so kind to accept my private order of winter tyres and put it to the trunk once the tyres arrived. So all good, no problems, looking forward for the same service during maintenance. Keep up the good work! 🤙
The car dealer is very well client-oriented and staff always trying to solve every problem you may potentially have. Just recently, I did my regular TUV-check without major issues, except waiting time, but it was a delay on the 3rd party service side, and I have got some benefits to compensate inconviniences. Certainly, auto service is recommended.
