Even with the current pandemic, Paul was able to find me the perfect car, coordinate with my insurance company, and put me in the perfect car, in a very timely matter. Thank you!
This company is a biggest fraud , i always had a nice experience when i got car from NRW Enterprise but the staff in Nuremberg is not only deceiving customers but also speak aggressively when ask relevant questions. First time i dint had a Versicherung and they deceived me that the door is looking 2 mm inside. By scanning the Car, when asked show me this scanning photos before i got the car, he said he does not have and its my responsibility to have photos. They booked 844 Euros for my account and the guy said as its not a big thing it cost only 100-200 Euros which i shall transfer when i become the Rechnnung. I paid extra 170 and when asked 844 back, the Nurnberg branch said we do not have any idea and when called Schade office they said i should contact Enterprise Nurnberg. Never ever will use it service, they are literally deceiving people
So-so experience, overselling a bit their extra insurances, if so ensure what's really included and what's not covered.
The clerk talked a lot, so I didn't miss any details!
