Something is simply deducted from the deposit even though free km were discussed! Even after 3 emails, no one answers about this!

Dear Sir or Madam, in this way I want to complain to you. I had an appointment for 8:30 today after 1.5 hours I had to bring my son to the daycare center late and cancel my own appointment and report sick. After the fifth call, the colleagues from the Zentralle could finally reach the branch that was responsible for me. I can understand that it is currently in all other states, but I can't understand that you can't pick up the phone and postpone the appointment or even contact the customer. The colleague in the Nuremberg branch, I didn't really see this as a matter of course, just said he couldn't answer the phone when there were 60 people. I can understand him too, but for the customer who is waiting, this is not okay. This has already happened 3 times.
