Riped me off, I washed the carr 20e and filled with gas 40e *full to full*, only i needed 10km form gas station up to parking lot..and they charged me 160e (rented mini economy for 150e) for Gas and Service!!
On emails they do not answer so when you need to leave Germany say goodbye to your money, or maybe in a year can you go back and ask some questions.
I have rented from Europcar several times and they have always been very helpful. They are one of the few companies that cover flat tires, of which i have had two while traveling though out Europe.
Stay away from this scammers. I rented a car more than 6 months ago, it was just for one day, everything was fine and the I returned it in the airport. There was someone there who just checked the car and said it was ok we can go.
Yesterday 6 months after renting the car, a letter arrived saying that we had damage the car and they want to charge us 450€ to repair a 2cm scratch in the rim.
We did absolutely not do that, furthermore the car was checked when we returned it but we did not get any confirmation paper because that place was totally disorganize and we where just asked to leave.
Don't be fool and stay away from this company. There are alternatives like sixt which may cost some euros more but at least you wont get stolen.
Ripped us off... take pictures of your rental before and after using it!!
Absolutely incompetent staff! Europcar NEVER AGAIN!
