The representative was nice, and the vehicle had no issues. They were even accommodating with me wanting to switch from standard to automatic. I gave 3 stars because I rented from them the day prior to a German holiday. The location I wanted to return to was on a military base so in the system it stated they would be closed the following day. I asked for verification and they stated I would have to rent for 2 days instead of 1 to return to the location I requested due to the closure. The following day in passing I noticed that the location I wanted to return to was in fact open, but due to me realizing it after the time I had picked up the day prior, i still had to pay for the 2 days instead of just 1. If not for that i would give 5 stars.

TERRIBLE service. Do not rent from enterprise in Nuremberg!!! They are charging us 950 euro for "tire damage" that we did not do! The first problem was when we picked up the car and the GPS did not work. They gave us another gps system and that one did not work either. Then we were told sorry but that is the only option and we will refund the cost. Then we return the car and they find "damage". It is a scam! Buyer beware!!!!

To put it simply they don’t honor their reservations. I reserved a car through their own website to be picked up at the Nuremberg airport and dropped off in Vienna. I received a confirmation email stating exactly what I reserved. They informed me at the counter when I picked up the vehicle that was not possible and that the car would have to be dropped off at a location in Germany.

The worst place to Rent a Car. Every Time I Return a Vehicle all is Good No Extra Charges Full of Fuel no Problems. Then I Return to USA and Get an Extra Charge on My Credit Card. This Time was For Standing in Line while 3 other Customers in Front of me went thru The process of Renting. when all was Said and done I was 5 minutes Late and They Charged me another day Rental. Only one person on the counter and so it is my Fault?? Finished with them this was last time for me tol get ripped off.
