I made an appointment via the pitstop homepage and paid in advance for front and rear brake repairs plus inspection for TÜV and TÜV fees. So far so good. So I was there on the agreed date (Fürth, Würzburger Str.) And handed in my car. The employee promised me to look through the car and get back to me. From the previous TÜV inspection two years ago, I knew about the rusted brakes. The employee called me the following day and told me what everything is defective or what must be done for a successful TÜV. I was offered that I can look at the defective parts and that I can still decide whether or not to have them repaired. So shortly afterwards we were on site at the branch. The employee showed us all the shortcomings. As an approximate price he named "over 1000 euros". We then decided that we don't want to get the car through the TÜV, but will sell it. I find the behavior of the PitStop employee very professional and in any case, from my point of view, honest. I really can't understand many negative experiences and reports on this page. If I faced a similar problem again, I would choose this workshop again. The money for which no service was used I got back after a short call on the 0800 number. Only the almost 10 euros for the review have of course been used up. For me well invested 10 euros! Thanks again for the good advice! One more small note: I think you should book the prices here via the website, not directly in the shop! At least ask beforehand so that there is no rude awakening later! For me it is absolutely normal that online and stationary prices are different. People, ask BEFORE, then you don't need to complain AFTERWARDS (free tip from me)!

We could not enter data about the car into the system, they refused to repair ...

This shop is the very last ...... The shop is a rip off !! An appointment for a Tüv main examination was made. A direct acceptance had been made in advance for the purpose of pre-damage for the TÜV. When the vehicle was handed over, no inspection in my presence, but according to the mechanic's statement "He is looking through the vehicle in front of the TÜV". Defective brakes were found in the TÜV despite the alleged inspection by the mechanic ?? So new brakes mounted and now the hammer for a small car was charged 739 €! with online booking it would only be 500 € could one also call fraud? The brake fluid was allegedly changed ... a sticker was attached but nothing was entered the brake fluid was actually changed? During the alleged inspection, the fitter did not even notice that the engine coolant was minimized, by the way ... A new TUV appointment was made because there was no TUV so new appointment Tuesday 10 a.m. Tuesday 10 a.m. the boss and branch manager Mr. Ismael was not a TÜV examiner, the boss and branch manager knew nothing about the follow-up appointment. For the difference in repair costs, I should contact Pit-Stop directly. The boss and branch manager, Mr. Ismael, knows that there is a difference store or online but can do nothing ...... (A reference to booking the repair online would have saved me a lot of money!) And would have been decent! !!!!!. Anyone who asks in the shop for a price for a repair will be relieved of money if you don't know the online price! People give a big bow to this workshop.

Employees had no desire to order and install small parts. The statement was "did not get the part from Datschia". Delivered to ASU the next day and installed within 10 minutes.

Wrong tires were changed. Completely intact tires were replaced, a torn to the tissue was raised again. After almost two weeks pitstop has not even responded to my complaint. I have to dissuade completely! Update August 2019: pitstop has not commented on it so far.
