BAD!! Very unreliable, dubious workshop. Is the same workshop as 'Autohaus am Espan Fürth', identical address, email, telephone number.
So I made an appointment for review, everything on the phone was friendly and great.
But then on site it was said that something had come up. Had to come back 3 hours later!
On inspection, the mechanic (man with glasses) gave extremely few explanations, you always had to ask yourself. The master seemed very listless and quickly finished, replied annoyed.
The request for a new date for repairs and a cost estimate was answered with: 'we will call you'.
I didn't get anything for 2 weeks, then I called and asked how things were going. The man with the glasses told me: 'I still haven't gotten around to it'. I'll call again after 1 week. The answer SHOCKED ME he said 'I don't have time now'
Please tell me: can you really TRUST such a workshop ?????
Extremely NOT to be recommended !!!!!! There are enough others. Hard to believe but it really happened.
