This is service !!! Simply excellent, troubleshooting only took 15 minutes. Then the spare part was exchanged and 30 minutes later I was able to continue driving. About the history - I was at a BMW service, the workshop foreman told me that troubleshooting was not easy and would take several hours and they can't promise me anything. Hourly prices at BMW are probably known to everyone.
