Very courteous and clean. I ordered with a rim bonus and the good man whizzed around my car for 5 minutes and even let me roll forward a little so that he could get to the upper spokes. Very nice service. In a self-service wash, I personally don't do as much as the good man does in the hand pre-wash alone.

Sufficient distance and you can have your car washed there carefree without much contact with the employee. Open the crack, pay and close again, that's it
