With older Ford models, the warehouse apparently switches to pulling through and has no interest in selling anything or helping in any way. There were sloppy answers on the phone that it is no longer available and when you asked if there was an alternative or someone could help with it yes to the tüv it just said `` there is nothing we can do not our problem '' then drove to the neighboring village to another Ford dealer he told me in a friendly manner (which your warehouse can not do) that the item is unfortunately no longer available but immediately offered other offers from accessory suppliers. I will now take the few kilometers of detour into account, but then I will have professional competence

Helpful workshop as it appears to be a common practice at Ford dealerships to push customers on. Therefor there are 5 stars and a new customer❤️💯❤️
