Family atmosphere and always super friendly and competent employees.
Always friendly, fast employees, although there is almost always a lot going on.
That is rude. I was suspected of stealing just because an employee saw me holding a product that I no longer had with me afterwards. It is normal to be undecided, I cannot understand it at all. Then I was told to be honest even though it was the pure truth. Then nobody has apologized for the misunderstanding, just outrageous and cheeky. I'll never go there again, I'd rather go to a dm where I can shop in peace and my time is not taken away from me. 0 stars
No MNS controls, the customers often walk through the store as they did before Corona, aggressive verbal and physical attacks on the customers are tolerated, the employees themselves are not made aware of them
