Do not find it customer-friendly to offer a product only in online shopping. As a customer, I would like to have the opportunity to purchase this in the shop. There are customers who do not want to shop online.
The older staff has been very unfriendly for years. (The young colleagues are usually friendlier.) Sometimes you don't even get a "Hello" or "Bye" at the checkout. A second cash register is opened extremely late, after a long queue. Or at the request of the customer: then with rolling eyes and a bad mood.
If you want to give items back, there are also incredible discussions. A nice example: I bought an item for 5 EUR. After a week I wanted to exchange it for a receipt. Now that this item was on sale for 3 EUR, I would only be entitled to the 3 EUR. It doesn't matter if I paid 5 EUR for it a week ago ... Because they were too incompetent to charge it properly to their system. Absolute cheek. Unfortunately, the ladies who chatted to me for two didn't understand that that couldn't be.
Very impolite!! An absolute no go that you are blaspheming about while customers are there: Now they line up as if there is nothing tomorrow. Now you have to buy the last pusher I don't understand! Dear D&M team blasphemes about customers so that they don't get it :) and you shouldn't throw them all in the same pot, because there are also YOU who work and don't even manage to shop beforehand, you are not the only one in this world who have to work despite Corona !!!
Nice branch, not enough staff
This branch is modern, but there doesn't seem to be enough staff. For passport photos I should take 45 minutes. come back again because there is no one right now who can operate the camera. 5 stars for the branch, 1 star for the lack of staff. In addition to prices, service is the most important differentiator.
