Very disappointing. Even heavily pregnant women are prevented from going to the toilet, as well as unfriendly and unfortunately also racist staff. We have never had such an experience. Especially since we are otherwise enthusiastic customers of DM. This service really shocked us.

Better not buy from DM, because here the customer is deliberately duped.
The DM Bio Pre baby food received good ratings in test reports, but as soon as the reports were published, the recipe for the product was changed to negative. Important ingredients have been saved.
And if you notice this and then want to exchange the still closed package, DM is not ready to exchange your inferior product. Although they advertise there with an exchange guarantee.
At Rossmann I have never seen such outrageous behavior!
3 stars for the well-kept and clean shop, as well as the large range and accessibility. 1 star deduction for the staff, who is more concerned with putting shelves in place than advising. The 2nd star deduction applies to DM management, who simply take products from an assortment, although you need them in everyday life. This happens remarkably often in this branch ...! It's a shame if you have to prefer the competition because of that.
Excellent for creams, shampoos and shaving tools, as much as you pay attention to other things
