Very terrible store, no matter when you come the cashier is never occupied! A second cash register is opened only on urgency no matter how many customers are waiting! You often have to look for the cashier to pay. Very often it takes quite a while until the cashier comes because she is still busy with other things before collecting! Especially unfriendly the employee Mrs. Keller!
Assortment and location is great, store is always clean.
But you have to be lucky with the staff, there is a lady who is very attentive, polite and helpful, three of the ladies are absolutely rude and often even very insolent, if I would not live within walking distance, I would have "changed" long ago. Only today, when I asked for help, I was stupidly put on and left unaided. Very disappointing. Conclusion: if you have no questions / requests / lying down, load top, otherwise enjoy with caution.
