Really good store with all you can need for skin,hair, body care ...etc. Also good selection for babys products, and good prices , specially the Rossman brand "Alterra, and babydream" which I find surprisingly good!

Pure stress! Too small shop. Purchase only at point 8. Why are the checkout belts, NO MATTER HOW BIG THE SHOP IS, always so short at Rossmann ???
I only shop for a single household, only the usual household items, no cramp, but my purchase never completely fits on the belt. Pure stress!
Has been deliberately lied to several times by the "specialist staff".
1st incident: kitchen scales
2nd incident: watercolor paints
Every time I went to the Rossmann branch with a positive intention and was deeply disappointed, I was told that the products are not available in the shop, after a very time-consuming search myself, I came across both products with horror, the staff sneered at this.
Very friendly staff and lots of great products. 🌹 🍃 💍 📿 🌪️ 🍭
Small branch with limited choice.
Staff extremely rude.
If you kindly point out to the cashier a defect, the answer comes: “go somewhere else”.
Even when tidying up the shelves, the staff does not pay attention to the customers but pushes themselves through rudely.
Too bad.
