Unfriendly service. Saw a arabian woman being handled poorly compared to other white customers. I have been a Rossmann customer for a while now and usually the people who work there are polite and nice. But right here at this particular branch me and wife have felt so humiliated by the seller. Harsh tone, unfriendly gesture, rude comments. The seller could be frustrated at work. But hey how can you treat customers so differently. Unacceptable!

A customer next to me was "ironed" so unfriendly that I preferred not to ask my question in the first place. Aisles full of goods, s.d. it was often impossible to get the items needed. Was here for the first time and definitely the last time.

Unfortunately, some shop assistants are rude and noisy here! If you want to ask something, you get rid of or stupidly addressed. Was only able to experience how a customer asked for a product that was no longer on the shelf, and the employee immediately became loud and said that if there was nothing there, everything would be sold out and the customers would have been like the "rats" bought everything !? We all had to look horrified! No retailer should be surprised if the business is no longer going well ... then you go somewhere else.

First of all, I would like to make it clear that I have been treated respectfully throughout, so this should not be a reproach to the gentleman in question, he is certainly only doing his job. Now what happened: I had to get some things in the store, including not for me. For this I took pictures, which I wanted to forward to buy nothing wrong. Unfortunately, I was then addressed, for privacy reasons, I should not take pictures and would have deleted the made. As mentioned, I was approached in a friendly and respectful way, but still I could not fully complete my purchase. I also often take pictures in stores for reviews from Google, and that's never happened to me! In this day and age, where it should be important for stores that their customers know what is in their assortment, I find it economically questionable to bother customers because of such banalities. Since it is a private property and the employee was in the right, you can not do there. But I wonder where it's a privacy breach to take pictures of shelves ... Too bad, since my purchase is incomplete I just wanted to give 1 star. However, the gentleman who rejected me was so nice despite the unpleasant situation that I give a star extra.
