I've been a Rossmann customer from the very beginning and have been going there since the store on Rollnerstrasse opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when deliveries are to be cleared or large deliveries are coming, you can always ask something and are treated exceptionally politely and friendly. The employees are also friendly to one another. Over the years, people have known each other and sometimes a private word is exchanged. I like to give 5 stars +. Keep it up and all the best to the employees.
Ms. Gensch often gives wrong at the checkout - the third time I ask myself: is that a coincidence?
If you complain, there is no excuse, you get snapped at. Thought it was gone - but turns up every now and then - terrible
Goodwill and friendliness are foreign words for the sales assistants. Furthermore, the customer's right is not tolerated and is also not accepted.
My tip: further training for employees in the area of customer friendliness would be recommended!
Ms. Hain at the checkout was loud to me and behaved very unfriendly and rude! Because of a missing signature on my EC card! No customer service works that way. Will avoid shopping here in the future ...
