Great supply of everything one can need for hair, skin, body care, make up, , great slection product for babys and nursery..and much practical stuff for home!! . What I like most of this place is the staff , really nice and helpful people :-) and the good quality and good price of products.

Once again it has happened to me that other customers here at the cash register have come as close to me as even my girlfriend is only allowed to do in exceptional situations. In response to my friendly comment, at least to maintain decency (if that's not enough to the Corona distance), I had to let the saleswoman moan at me and learn that "Corona is almost over". I really don't need it right now! But everything wouldn't be so tragic if the staff there weren't generally so unfriendly and, above all, understaffed ... very unpleasant shopping experience. And completely atypical ... because in the other dm markets in the city you can buy toothpaste, condoms and the like. co very good shopping. In any case, the shop doesn't see me anymore.

We wanted to have biometric passport photos taken for our children. On the phone, she asked about the age of the children and said we'd try it. As soon as we were there, the lady in charge didn't want a suitable chair and basically didn't want to take pictures of children. She apologized and asked by phone, but the motivation to help us in any way was not particularly great. We should go to a photo studio, they said. That's a joke, because Corona would like to have everyone. She also said we should look for a white wall and make a picture ourselves. There were no white walls and as laypeople we are not familiar with the biometric specifications. Strangely, my girlfriend was helped in another DM branch. I am disappointed, and we now have the consequence that we will need new passports every year starting with the application in 2021, which is annoying.

Some salespeople are so unfriendly, that's insane. If you had a question about a product, you would only be turned on by the side. Not the first time. So far always went to the dm, but after the incident I am finally satisfied !! Better to go to Rossmann, at least you will be served nicely!
